What You''ll Be Doing

• Business Development - Proactively identify and win new business through cold outreach, networking, and client meetings. You''ll negotiate terms, gain a clear understanding of hiring needs, and build long-term client relationships.
• Sourcing Candidates - Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and outbound calls to find skilled candidates in the tech sector. You''ll be expected to generate a consistent pipeline of talent.
• End-to-End Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment process: qualifying candidates, preparing them for interviews, handling client feedback, and negotiating offers through to placement.
• Target-Driven Sales Environment - Work towards daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets in a competitive, fast-paced setting. Success is measured by performance, and strong results are rewarded financially and through progression.

• Some sales, hospitality or office-based experience (retail, call center, admin, etc.)
