We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a long-term commercial project in Birmingham.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for consistent, long-term work on a major commercial project, with the potential for ongoing opportunities and the chance to become part of an established site team. The Role You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day electrical installation activities on site, coordinating electricians and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervising daily electrical installation works on site. Managing and coordinating electricians and electrical subcontractors. Allocating daily tasks and monitoring workforce productivity. Ensuring electrical installations are completed in line with drawings and specifications. Monitoring progress and reporting updates to the Electrical Site Manager. Carrying out regular quality inspections and ensuring high installation standards. Ensuring all operatives comply with health and safety procedures. Coordinating electrical works with other trades and site teams. Identifying and resolving day-to-day site issues. Ensuring materials, tools and equipment are available when required. Attending site briefings and toolbox talks.
