This is an Interim Legal Counsel position working for a large company with offices based in Gloucestershire.Client DetailsThis company are a market leader in their field and provide a range of products and services to a global customer base.DescriptionThe Interim Legal Counsel position will involve the following tasks:Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts related to Technology, and IT procurement.Provide legal advice on procurement matters to internal stakeholders.Ensure the protection of company interests in supplier agreements and contracts.Support the resolution of disputes or issues arising from procurement activities.Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to mitigate risks.Conduct legal research to support procurement processes and decisions.Assist in developing and updating procurement policies and procedures.ProfileA successful Interim Legal Counsel should have the following skills and experience:Have a strong background of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.Have experience of negotiating contracts relation to the procurement of technology products, software and equipment.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced role.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Job OfferThis is an interim role until the end of the year.Hybrid working is available along with free onsite parking.
