Job DescriptionUniversity of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint a Campus Manager to lead the facilities management operations at East Bank Campus, home to London College of Fashion.Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of facilities management at East Bank Campus, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and building services.Oversee directly employed facilities staff and contracted service providers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that meet health and safety requirements and support UAL’s strategic goals.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet campus needs, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and develop best-practice policies.Support campus projects, contribute to business continuity planning, and lead the FM response to on-site incidents.Qualifications / Requirements
Exceptional knowledge and a strong track record in delivering and leading best-in-class facilities management services, particularly within dynamic, high-footfall and multisite environments.Adept at building relationships with senior stakeholders and bringing a customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an inspirational leader who can motivate teams and uphold high standards.Deep understanding of health and safety, building compliance, budget management, and project delivery.Additional Information
