If you enjoy a busy desk, building relationships with clients and estate agents, and delivering high standards throughout the transaction, this Conveyancer role could be a great next step. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility on location, with travel to other offices if required. This is what you will be doing As a Conveyancer, your day-to-day duties will be:- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.Building strong relationships with clients and local estate agents to keep matters moving.Maintaining high professional standards and providing a consistent, friendly service.Contributing to a positive team ethos and supporting colleagues where needed.Handling day-to-day queries efficiently while keeping communication clear and proactive.
