Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences? We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Assist with day-to-day client communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Prepare and distribute client presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up materials
• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary to the Account Manager

• Maintain accurate CRM data and client account records
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery
• Contribute to account reviews and insights for ongoing optimisation

• Support contract administration and renewal processes
• Help prepare documentation and proposals for account growth opportunities
• Track key milestones, deadlines, and client touchpoints

• Strong communicator (written & verbal)
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Team player with problem-solving mindset
• CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Presentation and reporting basics
• 1–2 years in customer-facing or support roles
• Eager to learn and take initiative
