Our client are looking to recruit Production/Assembly Operatives for work based out of their manufacturing and distribution site in Rochdale.

The work will involve:

• Working in a production/manufacturing environment
• Operating machines, including an Edge Bander, Drilling and Nesting Machine
• Assembling cabinets
• Monitoring jobs minimising wastage and maximizing efficiency
• Attention to detail and quality checking
• General warehouse duties, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
• Manual handling and heavy lifting

Working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekly Rotation
• Week 1 - 06:00-14:00, Week 2 - 14:00-22:00
• 35 hours per week paid after breaks initially
• -12.21 p/h starting rate
• Pay increases available with progression and training
• Temp to perm opportunity.

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Assembly/Manufacturing experience essential
• Experience with Edge Banders, Drilling or Nesting Machines Preferred
• Cabinet Building experience
• Experience quality checking
• Previous experience in the Kitchen and Bedroom manufacturing industry essential
