An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Private Client team based in Merry Hill. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive legal secretary to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to experienced fee earners, while playing an important role in delivering excellent client service. The department handles a varied range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The Role • Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to fee earners • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence • Audio typing and accurately transcribing dictations • Managing diaries, appointments and emails • Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues and external contacts • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems • Assisting with document management, data entry and spreadsheets • Prioritising workloads and ensuring deadlines are met About You You will ideally have: • Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary or similar role within a law firm • Strong audio typing and transcription skills • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • A professional and client-focused approach ..... full job details .....
