Against a background of strong growth, our Business Support Team is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at CBSbutler, you''ll play a pivotal role in connecting outstanding talent with innovative organisations. Supported by experienced mentors and proven training, you''ll develop your desk, expand client relationships, and earn uncapped rewards.
With demand continuing to surge across our financial and professional services clients, our Business Support division is scaling. You''ll step into a warm desk with live roles and existing relationships, but the real opportunity and immediate need lies in generating new business-winning clients, building your own portfolio, and significantly growing your billings from day one.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage and expand client accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Place top-tier talent into both contract and permanent roles across buoyant, fast-moving markets.
- Build strong candidate networks, developing trusted long-term relationships.
- Map, target, and grow your market with guidance from industry-leading recruiters.
- Maintain and grow your contract book, maximising repeat business and referrals.
About You
You could be:
- An experienced 360 recruiter with a proven billing track record (sector background flexible).
- A sales or customer-facing professional ready to cross-train into recruitment.
