In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Housing Benefit administration, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operational support across the service.This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customers in completing Housing Benefit claims accurately, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is gathered.Proactively engage with clients, including making outbound calls to progress claims and resolve queries.Provide sensitive and professional support to vulnerable residents, including those in temporary accommodation.Process high volumes of administrative work, including indexing and managing incoming post.Maintain accurate records, ensuring all data is correctly logged and up to date.Liaise with external stakeholders, including Temporary Accommodation providers, to coordinate key handovers and transitions.Work collaboratively with colleagues across Business Support Services to ensure smooth service ..... full job details .....
