As a Class 1 Driver, your work will include structured shuttle and trunking runs:

- Routes between Rugby, Hams Hall and Lutterworth
- Trailer swaps, shunting and live tipping
- Minimum 2 runs per shift

 
Hours

- Days: 05:00–17:00 or 05:30–17:30
- Nights: 17:30–05:30

Drivers typically work 4 shifts per week. No expectation to run 5 long shifts every week.

 
To succeed as a Class 1 Driver, you’ll bring:

- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Previous experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- No more than 6 points with no DR, DD or IN endorsements
