Key Responsibilities: Leading a Lettings Administrator, coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and compliance. Overseeing property check-outs and resolving any disputes regarding property damages or dilapidations. Handling AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) renewals and negotiating terms with tenants when required. Managing the collection of rent payments and ensuring accurate financial reporting to landlords. Administering the registration and de-registration of tenant deposits in line with legal requirements.
