Administration and Accounts DirectorRole Summary:This is a key position within Intercan Group, serving the primary purpose of ensuring communication between all stake holders whilst utilising the systems and procedures in place.Responsibilities
Ensuring all queries and orders are processed and answered within the required timescale.Ensuring the records control system is followed and kept up to date.Supporting supply chain procedures.Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests.Receipt of physical and digital information from both internal and external parties, ensuring systems are followed and items scanned to correct electronic locations.Maintain good communication and suitable diary updates throughout the order processing cycle.Qualifications
