Are you a skilled fabric maintenance engineer looking to take the next step in your career? A prestigious, niche property services company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Fabric Technician to join their growing team!

Working across high-end residential properties in the exclusive Knightsbridge area, this role gives you exposure to luxury environments while offering stability, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

As the Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Completing basic electrical work and plumbing tasks.
• Carrying out painting, decorating, and carpentry.
• Delivering a high-quality service to premium residential clients.
• Travelling to and from sites using a company van, collected from the office each morning.
• The Mobile Fabric Technician will be paid up to -35,000 basic salary + yearly bonus + overtime (time and a half, May-October every other weekend) + van + 20 days holiday + bank holidays + package.

To be successful as the Mobile Fabric Technician, you will have:

• Proven experience within a multi-trade/fabric maintenance role.
• Excellent skills in at least one core area, qualification is preferred (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or decorating).
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• A full and clean UK driving licence.

The Mobile Fabric Technician will receive up to -35,000 basic + bonus + overtime (time and a half), plus use of a company van and a full package.
