This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in accountancy, develop their technical knowledge and gain hands-on experience working with a varied portfolio of clients.The successful candidate will work closely with experienced accountants and colleagues, supporting the delivery of a range of accounting and financial services. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across accounts preparation, tax compliance, management reporting and cloud-based accounting software, while building strong relationships with clients.Key responsibilities Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns, CIS returns and Corporation Tax returns. Supporting the preparation of management accounts, statutory reporting and year-end adjustments. Assisting with company secretarial duties and general accounting administration. Processing financial data and using accounting software to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Reviewing accounting information for accuracy and ensuring client records are maintained appropriately.
