We are partnering with a Higher Education institute in the market for a Head of SITS Development to provide leadership and guidance to a team of SITS:Vision Developers in accordance with the university’s objectives.

The RoleThe post holder will be line managing a team of skilled developers/consultants and will be responsible for writing functional specifications and gathering requirements and bridging the communication gap between the development team and stakeholders; ensuring the solution developed aligns with business needs.

You will play a key role in an ongoing general systems enhancement around admissions, student recruitment, curriculum management, and regulations/governance in Tribal SITS/eVision. You will play a key role in a major student journey transformation programme. Here, you will take ownership of the implementation projects and lead a large SITS enhancement project.

What we need to see

Strong experience with student record systems (Tribal SITS and understanding of HESA Returns)

Managing a small-medium sized team and good track record of delivering projects successfully

Strong understanding of the student lifecycle and higher education as a sector

What we would like to see

Technical development background (Ideally with SITS)

Target Start DateASAP (Flexible) but can wait for the right candidate up to 3 months.
