Our client is looking for an accounts assistant to start ASAP for a period of around 12 months. They work one day per week in the office and are open to both full time hours and part time.

Client Details

Our client is a very niche International manufacturing business in Leicester. They are based in the City Centre, but only typically go to the office 1 day per week.

Description

• Process purchase invoices and post them to the system
• Look after the accounts mailbox, resolving any supplier queries
• Processing expenses
• Looking after credit cards, reconciling these, making sure everything matches
• International banking
• Payments
• Any other ad hoc accounts based tasks

Profile

We are looking for a candidate available at short notice, with a background in a varied accounts role. Business Central experience would be advantageous.
