Purpose of the Job - Business Services Admin

• Coordinate and support a range of administrative and business support functions across the department.
• Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient scheduling and effective use of time.
• Monitor workloads, track deadlines, and provide administrative support to help achieve team objectives and service standards.
• Update internal systems accurately, ensuring records, documentation, and information are maintained in a timely manner.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation while supporting effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service by maintaining efficient processes, resolving administrative queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
