Rate: £450-£500/day DOE, Inside IR35 Duration: Contract through to summer 2027 Location: South London This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sub-Agent to join a high-profile station and urban realm project in South London, with a total value of around £10m. Upcoming works include groundworks, drainage and ducting, reinforced concrete slab, hard and soft landscaping across the urban realm, fit-out works to the viaduct arches, train station platform modifications and decoration works within the station building. The successful candidate will join a close-knit site team and will be expected to help with managing subcontractors, ordering materials, quality assurance, planning upcoming works and sending enquiries to specialist subcontractors.
