Vice President - Legal Counsel (Private Funds)Location: London (Hybrid) A leading global private markets investment manager is seeking an experienced funds lawyer to join its high-performing legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a sophisticated, internationally focused legal function supporting the full lifecycle of private investment funds, from product development and structuring through fundraising, investor on-boarding and ongoing fund management. Working closely with investment professionals, investor relations, tax, compliance and external counsel, you''ll play a key role in delivering complex cross-border fund launches while acting as a trusted commercial adviser to the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on fund structuring and product development for new investment vehicles.Lead legal aspects of fund formation, fundraising and investor on-boarding.Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation, including LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements and side letters.Coordinate fund launches across multiple jurisdictions.Advise on regulatory developments affecting private funds.Work closely with senior internal stakeholders and manage external legal advisers.Provide ongoing legal support across existing fund platforms.About YouYou''ll be a qualified lawyer with approximately 4-6 year''s PQE gained either within a leading international law firm or an established investment manager.
