This business is known for producing high-quality material handling equipment and components.With a full order book and consistent demand, they are offering opportunities on a PM shift. You will be a key player in a hands-on environment where quality, safety and efficiency are paramount.The Role: Fabricating and welding heavy gauge steel components in line with engineering drawings. Working closely with other fabricators, welders and production staff to meet deadlines. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring all work complies with internal quality standards. Completing production records and job paperwork accurately and on time. Following strict health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE. Reporting defects, issues or near misses promptly. Participating in toolbox talks and continuous improvement initiatives.What You Will Need: Proven experience as a fabricator and/or welder in a heavy engineering environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong MIG welding skills (heavy gauge steel). High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Flexible approach towards overtime when required (particularly for PM shift). R
