The Role

The Junior AI & Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), content marketing, social media management, email marketing, analytics, and the application of AI tools within marketing workflows.

Training and development will be provided to enable the successful candidate to build specialist expertise in this rapidly evolving area.

Key Responsibilities

Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)

• Research and monitor how clients are represented across AI-powered search and answer platforms, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Assist in creating and optimising content designed to answer customer questions effectively.
• Support the development of FAQs, knowledge centres, and topic authority content.
• Assist with structured content creation and schema implementation.
• Conduct keyword, topic and search intent research.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients'' visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies

• Utilise AI tools to support content creation, research, campaign planning and ideation.
• Develop effective prompts and workflows to increase marketing efficiency.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and identify opportunities for client application.
• Support the implementation of AI-assisted marketing processes.
• Ensure AI-generated content meets quality, accuracy and brand standards.

Digital Marketing

• Create engaging website content, blogs, case studies and marketing collateral.
• Support social media planning, content creation and scheduling.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Contribute to SEO activities aimed at increasing organic visibility.
• Support website updates and content management tasks.
• Undertake competitor and market research projects.
• Assist in delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns.
