Homeownership Manager

We are looking for an experienced Homeownership Manager to join a small but successful team on an interim or fixed-term contract basis (3 to 6 months). You will lead a small, dedicated team of four and be responsible for all aspects of homeownership services including leasehold management, shared ownership, service charges, complaints and right to buy applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Homeownership team to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance, responding to complaints and aiming to keep these at a minimum.
Oversee all leasehold and shared ownership management functions, including staircasing, resales, and queries
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice
Manage service charge processes, including setting, consultation, and collection
Work collaboratively across departments to improve processes and resident satisfaction
Provide expert advice and guidance on homeownership issues
To be considered you will have proven experience in a similar role within the housing sector with a strong understanding of leasehold, shared ownership, and service charge legislation
You will have excellent leadership and team management skills coupled with being a confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
Interviews are scheduled for w/c 11th August.
