The Role: As an Accountancy Manager, you ll take full responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of clients handling everything from financial statements and tax compliance to supervising junior team members. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of accountancy clients across a range of sectors Prepare financial statements in accordance with FRS105 and FRS102(1A) Oversee and support a small team, including qualified accountants Provide clients with sound tax advice and ensure compliance Use cloud-based software including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks About You: ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience) Currently working in a reputable UK accountancy practice Comfortable preparing full financial statements independently Strong knowledge of small business tax Experienced in staff supervision or team leadership Proficient with modern accountancy software and systems What s on Offer: M
