Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract)
Salary: £26,000-£26,4000
Location: Staffordshire
Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover to October 2027)
Hours: Monday – Friday
Safer Hand Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful organisation for an experienced Enforcement Team Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a busy operational team, providing support to field-based staff, coordinating workloads, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Allocating and reviewing workloads
• Liaising with staff, clients, and internal departments
• Managing calls, emails, and case updates
• Supporting compliance and documentation checks
• Assisting with planning and reporting activities
• Maintaining spreadsheets and administrative records
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

• Previous administration experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience within enforcement, debt recovery, legal, or compliance environments would be advantageous
