Select Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our growing hospitality team across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

We have a variety of flexible opportunities available, making this role ideal for candidates looking for work around their existing commitments or those wanting to build their hospitality experience.

As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting the kitchen team with general duties

• Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils

• Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised

• Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation

• Supporting chefs and other kitchen staff when required

• Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a busy and professional team

We are looking for candidates who are:

• DBS checked / able to provide a valid DBS

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Flexible with working hours and availability

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
