This role leads a broad portfolio of housing activity, spanning neighbourhood and supported housing to income management and financial inclusion, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for residents and communities. You will contribute to how the association approaches planning, risk and regulatory responsibilities, turning complex information into clear insight that supports confident decision-making at leadership and Board level. This role requires an established housing professional who can bring significant industry experience, a strong track record of leadership, and the business acumen to balance customer outcomes with organisational performance and regulatory compliance.
