Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team, supporting Theatres, Critical Care, and AandE across the South East (Hampshire, West Sussex, Sussex, Kent and Southeast London).As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your region, introducing innovative vascular products, delivering training, and building lasting relationships with clinical teams and decision makers. Delivering sales targets and growing market share across your territoryBuilding strong relationships in Theatres, Critical Care, and Emergency MedicineLeading training sessions, product trials, and customer presentationsIdentifying and winning new business, while managing and expanding key accountsRepresenting the business at clinical meetings, congresses, and eventsWhat we’re looking for
A proven track record of success in field based sales, ideally in a fast paced environment such as FMCG, medical devices, or other competitive industriesConsistent achievement of sales targets with clear evidence of resultsStrong tenure in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and progression rather than frequent movesSeniority level
