This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous legal administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting fee earners across a varied caseload. Key Responsibilities Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal correspondence and documents Creating and managing legal bundles for court hearings and client meetings Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance procedures Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and external parties Handling incoming correspondence, emails and post Updating and maintaining case management systems Supporting with document filing, scanning and archiving Assisting with general office administration as required Person Specification Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator Strong understanding of legal processes and case management Experience preparing legal bundles ..... full job details .....
