IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer for our client in South Kirkby to start as soon as possible initially on a temporary basis.

Duties:

• Pick and pack customer sample orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring safe handling and professional presentation at all times.
• Work to tight deadlines in a busy department, responding to high volumes of customer requests.
• Monitor sample stock levels, identifying shortages and supporting replenishment to maximise daily dispatch capacity.
• Ensure all samples meet quality standards so customers receive the correct items first time.
• Maintain attention to detail to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement within the mailroom process.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements:

• Picking/Packing within a Warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Confident working in fast-paced environments
• Reliable team player
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Can start ASAP.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday: 08.00am to 16.30pm.
• Friday: 8am - 4pm.
• -12.90 per hour.
• Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
