PFI Technical Project Manager Location: Central LondonSector: PFIWorking Pattern: Site-based min 4 days per weekSalary: £80,000 + bonusWe are recruiting for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage a programme of lifecycle, MandE and capital works across a large, technically complex and operationally critical estate.The role will suit someone with strong project delivery experience and a good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, who is comfortable managing contractors, consultants and multiple projects within a live environment.Experience within PFI, Hard FM, healthcare, defence or other complex estates would be particularly relevant.The Role You will be responsible for: Managing lifecycle, MandE and capital projects from initial scope through to completion. Developing project programmes, budgets and delivery plans. Managing contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Reviewing technical proposals, specifications and project documentation. Monitoring cost, programme, quality and project risk. Supporting lifecycle planning and future works programmes. Managing project changes and variations. Ensuring projects meet contractual, Health and Safety, CDM and quality requirements. Coordinating works within a live environment where continuity of services is critical.
