• Managing and developing key retail accounts

• Supporting with customer reporting, seasonal activity, and internal coordination

• Acting as a key contact for customer comms and escalations

• Leading competitor store visits and producing pricing/quality insights

• Providing commercial cover when senior team members are away

• Background in commercial account management, ideally within food or FMCG

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident dealing with retailer stakeholders
