An existing client to Sphere, are looking to employ a Senior Technical Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are a regional Bristol based, award winning, bespoke Residential developer, offering high end homes across the South West.-

Whilst working in this role, you will oversee Design / Technical elements of new build projects, from Infrastructure, Civils, and 278 Works, through to completion-of the accommodation. You will also be capable of managing a small team and more junior-members of the Technical department.-
