We are currently working with a well respected MandE contractor with a turnover of 25m and a strong presence delivering across sectors who are looking for an electrical project manager to join their renewables business unit to work on a commercial decarbonisation framework they are delivering as principal contractor in Hackney. Reporting to a mechanical contracts manager, you will act as electrical lead working across various commercial projects tasked with managing the relevant electrical subcontractors delivering the energy upgrade and decarbonisation packages across the programme. Role/Responsibilities Management of subcontractor labour Attend site meetings Progress reports Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc. Health and safety Review and amend RAMS Snagging Work with the contracts manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project. Sign off to pay an attractive day rate with long term work across the East London region.
