Join Our Team as a Production Operative

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join the production team on the outskirts of Dover; this exciting opportunity allows you to join a committed team with progression, overtime, and bonuses.

• Position: Full-time, permanent
• Location: Dover, UK - Will need to drive due to location
• Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days & nights) - Rotating - 5:45am to 6:15pm then 5:45pm to 6:15am
• Hours: 40.25 per week (12.5-hour shifts)
• Pay: -12.30 per hour (days) | -14.15 per hour (nights)

As a Production Operative, you''ll help manufacture high-quality products, operate production machinery, handle materials, and support smooth, efficient production processes.

• After 3-month probation: -12.60 per hour (days) / -14.50 per hour (nights)
• Career Development Path: Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all six operational roles (-13.90 per hour, typically within6-12 months).
• Roles include: Stacking & Packing, Quality Control, Material Loading, and Machinery Operation.

• Further progression opportunities:
• Deputy Zone Leader: -14.40 per hour
• Zone Leader: -15.40 per hour
• Deputy Shift Leader: -16.15 per hour
• Shift Leader: -18.40 per hour

• Full training provided - no experience required
