OverviewSpecialty Trained Junior Doctors/Registrars are invited to join the Bank for ad-hoc shifts in Oncology at HCA Healthcare UK. We are a leading provider of private patient funded complex care with a network of hospitals, urgent care centres, diagnostic centres and outpatient facilities owned and operated by HCA UK, delivering high standards of care.

Role and ResponsibilitiesJunior Doctors Specialist Trained ST3/CT3/IMT3/CM, and above, have the opportunity to work across our London Network of Hospitals as a Resident Doctor. You will complement our permanent resident medical teams in Oncology, Haematology and Oncology Outpatients. You will learn from experts in specialist fields, experience the benefits of the latest technology, and contribute to high-quality patient care in well-resourced environments focused on quality and safety. Bank Doctors committing to 2-3 shifts a month gain experience alongside leading consultants in facilities designed for quality care.

Requirements
GMC Registration and License to Practise in the UK
Post-qualification exams relevant to the specialist area (e.g., MRCP)
A passion for teamwork, patient-focused care with the ability to share best practice and provide a first-class patient experience
Selection ProcessCV review, a bank interview with a lead Doctor, and onboarding pre-employment checks. The end-to-end process can take on average 4-6 weeks.
