Our client, a leading Ground Support Equipment (GSE) organisation at Heathrow Airport, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety, Compliance and Quality Deputy. This is a key role, supporting the Head of Safety, Compliance and Quality to ensure the business consistently meets, and exceeds, all necessary regulatory standards (CAA, EASA, FAA - Part 145 and Part 21).The successful candidate will play an active part in maintaining regulatory oversight, auditing internal functions, liaising with regulatory bodies, and driving continuous improvement in compliance and safety culture across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Oversight and Administration Carry out the administration of regulatory oversight to ensure compliance with all applicable standards across the organisation. Oversee processes and documentation for audits, training, competencies, and human factors. Support the planning, scheduling, and reporting of audits, findings, and training requirements. Ensure effective documentation control in line with Part 145 and Part 21 regulations. Operational Duties Act as the "go-to" person for all Safety, Compliance and Quality issues for both internal teams and external clients.
