Customer Service and Claims Administrator Location: Near Bishop''s Stortford Salary: £26,436 per annum (pro rata) + annual bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent We are looking for a Customer Service and Claims Administrator to join an established and friendly team near Bishop''s Stortford. This is a busy and varied position where you will be dealing directly with customers, managing claims and providing day-to-day administrative support. No two days will be exactly the same. You''ll be handling customer enquiries across telephone, email and live chat, processing claims, maintaining accurate records and helping customers with the collection of their personal effects. We''re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and accurate, and can confidently manage a varied workload. Previous customer service or administration experience would be ideal, and full training will be provided.
