Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Islington Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Early Career and Talent Programme Partner this role will be: N1 1XR, 1 day office based The right candidate will: Drive the creation of apprenticeships across the council and schools applying an insights and outreach approach to . Lead the design, implementation and management of a new work experience programme and internship programme and other pathways into employment Assess and interpret complex data to gain insights about the organisations skills gaps and workforce needs and use these insights to influence and create programme opportunities. Manage the commissioning of provision from apprenticeship training providers, including the negotiation of appropriate agreements. Work with Strategic HR Business Partners and the Strategic Recruitment Lead to create talent and succession strategies to meet current and future organisational requirements. Manage the Apprenticeship Levy account, income of approx. 1m per annum to fund apprenticeship training. Manage the apprenticeship system to ensure training records are kept current and up to date.
