You ll be working with PCBs, carrying out fine soldering, assembling components, and ensuring every product meets high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components to the required specification. Carry out fine soldering and component assembly to a consistently high standard. Read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions and production specifications. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements. Identify and report any defects, discrepancies or quality issues during the production process. Ensure components are correctly positioned, soldered and assembled.
