This is what you will be doing As a Personal Injury Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities are as follows:- Managing a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate serious injury claims.Conducting litigation on your own files from issue of proceedings through to trial.Communicating effectively with clients, insurers and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.Supporting and mentoring trainee case handlers, including case planning and training activities.Attending networking events, participating in business development initiatives and contributing to team meetings.
