Job Description Job Title: Fundraising Shop Manager Salary: £26,600 plus employer''s pension contribution (5%) Reports to: Appointed Shop Oversight Committee Member (SOC) (Line Manager); Shop Oversight Committee; St Paul''s Parochial Church Council (PCC) (Employer) Directly Managing: Shop Volunteers Contract: Fixed Term 12 months (subject to and including a successful 6 month probation) Hours of Work: Full Time (36 hours 15mins), working 9am - 5 pm (excluding 45-minute lunch allowance). 5 days within a 6 day week including Saturdays No Sundays. No Bank Holidays.
