We Are BMF is seeking a
Senior Creative Strategist
in London, UK. The role focuses on beauty and travel/hospitality brands, shaping storytelling and strategies that elevate brands, spark consumer desire, and help them stand out in a competitive market.What you will do
Develop insight-led, channel-agnostic ideas that amplify awareness, engagement, and conversion for beauty and luxury brands.Own the strategy process from start to finish, integrating perspectives from across the agency.Research and InsightsTurn research into compelling stories about consumers, culture, and brands.Distill findings into clear, empathetic insights that unlock creative concepts.Storytelling and CopywritingAct as the team’s lead storyteller—crafting narratives that connect strategy to creative.Write everything from deck outlines and consumer-facing copy to compelling Keynote presentations.Bring big ideas to life in ways that are clear, persuasive, and memorable.Partner with account, creative, and production teams to build integrated programs.Oversee process, deliverables, and quality control while keeping projects on track.Balance multiple clients and fast-paced timelines without losing focus on creativity.Results and InnovationDefine KPIs and propose measurement methods to show real impact.Stay plugged into cultural, beauty, luxury, and wellness trends to inspire fresh, innovative ideas.Team and AdminCoordinate cross-functional teams, schedules, and client communications.Support internal and external meetings with clear notes and organized follow-through.You must have
5–7 years in a fast-paced agency environment.Proven track record of developing strategic concepts for beauty and travel/hospitality brands.Background as a creative, strategist, or hybrid role—copywriting chops required.Exceptional communicator and collaborator with client-facing experience.Skilled in building Keynote decks and delivering engaging presentations.A track record of generating bold, out-of-the-box ideas.Experience in integrated, experiential, or non-traditional marketing (strongly preferred).Why BMF
