This role is for a serious injury solicitor who wants time to think, time to prepare, and time for clients, without worrying about billing targets or unmanageable caseloads. My client is a well-established, specialist, serious injury law firm and you will be joining their lean, growing Midlands-based team that was recently set us and is expanding carefully. With the focus on high-quality serious injury work well and sustainably. What you''ll actually do You won''t be buried in volume or stuck on the edges of cases.
