What is a Cover Supervisor?A cover supervisor, supervises a class when a regular teacher is absent, ensuring students complete pre-prepared work and maintaining classroom order. The role is not to teach, but to manage student behaviour and help them stay on task with the work provided by the teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people to gain hands-on experience in the classroom.
