HR Administrator (12 month FTC) Office-based - Horley, SurreyMonday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmSalary: (Apply online only) per annumThis role can be either 4 or 5 days per week (salary pro rated for 4 days pw)A friendly, well-established organisation in Horley is looking to appoint a highly organised and dependable HR Administrator to support its busy HR function.This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys administration, values accuracy and confidentiality and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly.The roleWorking closely with the HR Director and wider HR team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across all areas of HR, including:Maintaining accurate employee records (electronic and hard copy) for starters, changes and ongoing updatesSupporting recruitment administration, including logging applications and tracking candidate progressCoordinating DBS applications and renewalsAdministering employee referencesManaging archiving and document controlTyping meeting notes and supporting HR meetings when requiredHandling HR queries and directing calls appropriatelyCoordinating long service awards, employee recognition schemes and staff communicationsSupporting wellbeing initiatives, flu vaccination programmes and internal eventsProviding occasional reception cover during lunchtimes and annual leaveYou will also contribute to improving HR systems, supporting data protection compliance and assisting with wider HR projects and activities througho
