Role Responsibilities: This role includes a blend of financial reporting and analysis, budget and forecasting, tax and regulatory compliance, financial controls and compliance: Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts for the UK entity. Conduct detailed monthly payroll analysis to ensure accuracy and cost control. Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts. Provide clear financial commentary and insights to support decision-making. Consolidate financial data and reporting across departments. Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Support the business in planning and performance review cycles. Ensure compliance with local GAAP and group accounting policies.
