We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Services Team Leader to join a busy and expanding team at our client s manufacturing facility in Burton Latimer. As the Building Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of building services and maintenance activities across the site. Leading a multi-skilled operational team, you will ensure that both planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance priorities, support client requirements, and drive a culture of service excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople delivering maintenance services across the site. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring work requests are logged, monitored, and completed through the CMMS system. Collaborate with the service desk to ensure work orders are accurately recorded, processed, and invoiced. Coordinate the availability of materials, equipment, and external contractors to support maintenance activities. Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to the client, including assessing job requirements and preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) where required.
