The Role and About You

You''ll be joining a growing infrastructure consultancy delivering significant water sector programmes, where you''ll take ownership of complex projects and play a key role in their successful delivery.

We''re looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner with advanced Primavera P6 skills. You''ll need to be confident managing the entire planning lifecycle, from building programmes and developing baselines through to progress updates, critical path analysis, forecasting and final programme completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading planning and project controls across complex water infrastructure programmes.

• Building and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 programmes.

• Managing NEC4 programme requirements, including programme acceptance and compensation event assessments.

• Undertaking delay analysis, including Time Impact Analysis and Windows Analysis.

• Leading risk analysis and performance reporting.

• Working with senior clients and programme directors.

• Mentoring junior planners and supporting business development.

We''re particularly interested in Senior Planners from other infrastructure sectors, such as rail, energy, utilities or civil engineering, who have NEC3/NEC4 experience and want to move into water. Equally, existing water sector Planners looking to move into consultancy and progress their careers will be of interest.

You''ll ideally have five or more years'' planning experience, strong NEC knowledge and the technical ability to build programmes from scratch and use Primavera P6 throughout the project lifecycle.
