Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job Title: Purchase LedgerSalary: 28-32KpaDuration: PermLocation: CannockJob Duties/Responsibilities:Have full responsibility, knowledge and ownership of the purchase ledger.Agreeing invoices to purchase order and delivery notes for authorisation.Processing of invoices, credit card and expense transactions in a timely manner.Processing cheque/BACS payments to suppliers.Reconciliation of supplier''s statements on a monthly basis.Posting and Reconciling Petty Cash transactions.Reviewing GRNI with Financial Controller on a regular basis to identify and resolve query items.Processing of adhoc journals.Reviewing of and correcting debit balances on purchase ledgerAnswering supplier queries in a proficient and professional manner.Set up of new supplier accounts as required.Ensure that the Company''s core values are always appliedOther adhoc duties as and when required.Greenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.To find out more about how and why Greenwell Gleeson Ltd process your personal data in line with the data protection regime please go to the privacy notice on our website
